To mark International Children’s Day, celebrated worldwide on June 1, the German based logon design firm has organized an event on June 3 to welcome 23 children of The German School Shanghai. During the 3 hour field trip, children ages 11-16 were given a tour of the logon offices at the IIInShanghai Creative Park on Dingxi Road, and with it, the unique chance to become architects for a morning. The children, separated into competing design firm teams, were invited to make junior proposals to creatively upgrade their own school. Though the competition was designed especially for the school event, the children were presented with real everyday considerations by logon in regards to end-user, economic and sustainability needs.
